Delete your Alocare account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Alocare (on the web or the Android app) and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap the pencil (edit) icon at the top.
3. Tap Delete Account, read what happens, and confirm with your PIN or password.

Signed up with Google? Set a PIN or password in your profile first. It's needed to confirm it's really you.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for deletion after a 28-day grace period, and you're signed out everywhere. Signing back in during those 28 days cancels the deletion. We send a reminder on day 25, and on day 28 the account and its data are permanently deleted.

What is deleted

All accounts, transactions, savings, loans, assets, incomes, expenses, budgets, insights, dashboards, Smart Sync data, and all other personal data, including any license on the account.
